About the Position

Summary

The Marketing and Donor Engagement Manager will shape how Novi communicates with the people who make our work possible. Reporting to the Director of U.S. Operations, you will lead storytelling across email, social media, direct mail, and donor communications while helping strengthen relationships with supporters through thoughtful, personal engagement.

This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership. You will take campaigns from idea to execution, build and manage a clear content calendar, track what is working, and continually improve how Novi tells its story. Most of this is done remotely, but there will be some donor facing opportunities through conversations, meetings, events, and occasional travel, helping people understand the work and find meaningful ways to participate.

We are looking for a confident communicator with a strong understanding of marketing strategy, storytelling, and real human relationships.

About the Organization

Novi exists for a simple reason: war should not get the last word in a child’s life.
We are an international nonprofit working to restore childhoods disrupted by war. In Ukraine, Myanmar, Iraq, and other conflict-affected communities, we work alongside trusted local leaders and professionals to help children keep learning, find belonging, receive critical relief, and recover a sense of safety and agency.
We are a small organization by design, and that shapes how we work. Decisions stay close to the people and communities we serve. Team members are trusted with real responsibility, encouraged to think independently, and expected to bring both competence and humanity to their work. Our organizational values are; courage, humility, empathy, and fortitude.
This is not a place to disappear into a department. Your ideas will matter, your work will be visible, and the relationships you build will directly strengthen our ability to serve children affected by war.
