  • $20 – $25 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties

Responsibilities:

  • Works an average of 20-25 hours per week in a flexible schedule depending on candidate needs in a hybrid remote work model (some office hours required)
  • Assists with all donor recognition activities, including generating thank you letters and coordinating calls/visits for Director of Fund Development and Executive Director
  • Donor database management (DonorPerfect), including gift processing, running reports, and regularly updating donor information
  • Assists with moves management, including new donor prospecting using donor prospecting software and other external sources, and development of donor cultivation strategies
  • Assists with annual appeals, including generating donor lists, pulling reports, working with clinical departments on content building, and collaboration with the marketing department
  • Assists with the planning and execution of fundraising events and donor functions, such as communicating with sponsors and community partners, coordinating in-kind donations, and assisting with event collateral

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of fundraising or equivalent experience required
  • Donor database experience required, DonorPerfect experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Event planning experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
